MyListing.tv is a property display platform for real estate agents. We provide software that allows agents to display property information on televisions during open houses. Our service is operated by MyListing.tv (“we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at hello@mylisting.tv.

2. What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account.
• Listing data: property addresses, prices, descriptions, photos, and open house schedules you enter into the platform.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app, collected automatically to improve the service.
• Device information: IP address, browser type, and operating system when you access our website.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the MyListing.tv service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, trial reminders)
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Monitor and analyze usage to improve performance and reliability
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your listing data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Information we share

We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase - database and authentication hosting (data stored in the United States)
• Stripe - payment processing and subscription management
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Vercel - web hosting and infrastructure

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Property listing data and display pages

When you create a listing and connect a TV display, that listing's content (price, address, photos, open house times) is served publicly at a unique display URL. Anyone who visits that URL can view the listing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish any content you upload, including property photos. Do not include personally identifiable information about buyers or third parties in your listings.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes. Listing data and photos you have uploaded will be deleted along with your account.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never passes through our servers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your listing data at any time from the dashboard
• Opt out of non-transactional communications

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we only set cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function.

10. Children's privacy

MyListing.tv is a professional tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
